Login to Electrobuy supplier panel, accept order and download shipping label.
Pack securely using plain packaging material and paste shipping label.
Delivery partner picks the product and delivers it to customer.
Orders should be shipped within 2–3 days after receiving the order. Dispatch status can be tracked inside Electrobuy Supplier Panel.
Customers may return the product within 7 days after delivery. Undelivered shipments are converted to RTO (Return to Origin).
- Return shipping fee may apply based on package weight
- RTO orders will not be charged forward shipping again
- All return charges visible in seller dashboard
- Charges may be waived in special cases
Ensure products listed are in stock and ready for dispatch. Valid cancellations will not attract penalty.
